Alabama First Lady Dianne Files For Divorce From Governor Robert Bentley.

Robert Bentley, saying their 50-year marriage has suffered an “irretrievable breakdown.” A lawyer for Dianne Bentley wrote that her client says “there is such a complete incompatibility of temperament that the parties can no longer live together.” The complaint says the couple’s personalities conflict. Bentley is immediately asking the court for sole and exclusive temporary use and possession of the couple’s home in Tuscaloosa, all furnishings and a family automobile. The two have plans of remaining amiable and co-parenting their three children, with Affleck remaining on the family property living in a separate building.

Bentley for legal fees during the proceedings, because she claims “she is without sufficient funds with which to support herself and pay her attorney of record for his services rendered to her in this cause. Plaintiff further avers that the Defendant is an able-bodied man, gainfully employed, and is well able to pay the debts of the parties incurred during the marriage.” Mrs.
