At least 10 people shot during New Orleans parade.

The shooting broke out at Bunny Friend playground in the Upper Ninth Ward where about 500 people were gathered at the playground to shoot a music video, according to New Orleans Police Superintendent Michael Harrison. The shooting’s aftermath was “chaotic,” The (New Orleans) Times-Picayune reported, with several people lying around the park’s main building and hats and possessions scattered around the playground. It is understood that there were two groups of people at the park – a group who had walked there in a neighborhood parade and a separate group watching or participating in a video.

Video published Sunday night by the New Orleans Times-Picayune showed multiple people lying on the ground being attended by emergency personnel or being taken away on stretchers.
