4-year-old boy dies in Westport fire.

WESTPORT, Mass. A 4-year-old boy was killed in a house fire in Westport on Saturday night at the same address where nine people perished in a devastating blaze in 1952, officials said.

The Westport Fire Department’s Facebook page linked to a crowdfunding website that said the boy’s mother and 7-year-old sister were severely burned. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the origin and cause of this fatal fire is being conducted by troopers assigned to the Office of the State Fire Marshal Stephen D.
