5 students injured in high school chemistry classroom fire.

FAIRFAX, Va. — Fire and school officials say five students are hurt, including two with potentially life-threatening injuries, after a fire broke out in a chemistry classroom at a northern Virginia high school.

Schmidt says three students had injuries that were not considered life-threatening, but two others were flown to MedStar Washington Hospital Center’s burn center with injuries that are potentially life-threatening.
