1 Killed, 1 Injured After Shooting In Livermore CVS Pharmacy Parking Lot.

LIVERMORE, Calif. (AP) — A gunman fired into a car in the parking lot of a Northern California shopping center, killing one man and wounding another, before fleeing the scene, police said.

LIVERMORE (CBS SF) — One man in his 20s died and another man in his 20s was injured Saturday night when someone shot at the pair in a Livermore parking lot. Christie Smith reports. (Published Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015) Livermore police are on the lookout for two suspects – one of whom has been identified – wanted in connection to a homicide that occurred Saturday evening outside a CVS Pharmacy. The suspect, Jason Alexander Brown, is an 18-year-old Oakland resident, police said early Sunday, adding that his accomplice’s identity remains unknown. Detectives, who obtained a no bail warrant for Brown’s arrest for one count of murder and one count of attempted murder, also used a search warrant to comb through his residence on the 600 block of Center Street.

Saturday when at least one gunman opened fire with a high-powered rifle on two men in their 20s who were inside a vehicle in the CVS parking lot, Goard said. Officers said two male suspects were seen driving a black 2006 BMW 325i with two red racing stripes on the hood with the license plate number 5PLR682, according to police. The California Highway Patrol located the vehicle on I-580 and initiated a pursuit, but lost the vehicle in Oakland. “It’s very dangerous and it’s high risk,” Sgt.
