California man suspected of killing parents in Sonoma County home in custody.

SEBASTOPOL, Calif. (AP) — A man wanted in the slayings of his parents who were found stabbed to death Monday was arrested after a day-long manhunt in Northern California, authorities said. Nathan Alexander Wilson, 34, is suspected of stabbing his parents, David and Adrienne Wilson, with a sharp object at the residence at 1220 Sexton Road, Sonoma County sheriff’s Sgt. When first approached by police, officers said the man lied about his name, but the Ukiah PD Officers identified Wilson by the California Driver’s License in his pocket. Deputies responded to a home outside of Sebastopol, Calif. after receiving a report that a relative thought his nephew had just killed his brother and sister-in-law, KTVU reported.

The couple struggled to help their son and his sister over the years, troubles that their mother shared with friends at the women’s spiritual circles she attended, Jane Eagle, Chapin’s friend, told the Santa Rosa Press Democrats reports (http://bit.ly/1MO0a3o ). “She’d bring them to the hospital and of course they’d let them go,” Eagle said. “For the last two years, her life has been completely structured around trying to help her kids.” Copyright © 2015 by Bay City News, Inc. … republication, retransmission or reuse without the express written consent of Bay City News, Inc. is prohibited.
