ISIS Threatens To Blow Up White House In New Video.

WASHINGTON — Islamic State (IS) militants threatened to bomb the White House and launch more attacks in Paris, according to a new video released Thursday.CBS News reports the Dijla branch released the video Thursday titled “Paris Before Rome.” In the video, jihadists threaten that “those who follow” in the footsteps of President Barack Obama and French President Francois Hollande will expect more attacks. “We began with you, and we shall conclude with the so-called White House. We shall turn it even blacker than our fire by the will of Allah,” an ISIS militant says. “Better still … we shall blow it up just like we blew up the idols on this good land.” This video comes a day after ISIS threatened to attack New York City in a separate video. The Islamic State, a militant group that has overrun vast swaths of territory in Iraq and Syria, claimed responsibility for the bloody Paris carnage that killed at least 129 people and injured hundreds of others.

Andrew Cuomo said in a statement that he directed state agencies to “enhance their preparedness” after the Paris attacks, which killed 129 people last week. (TM and © Copyright 2015 CBS Radio Inc. and its relevant subsidiaries.
