Pilot Killed In Small Plane Crash At Michigan Airport.

NEW WINDSOR, N.Y. (CBSNewYork/AP) — A pilot was killed after his propeller-driven stunt plane crashed while practicing tricks for a weekend air show in Orange County Friday afternoon, state police said. The crash happened around 2 p.m. at Stewart International Airport in New Windsor, where the New York Air Show is scheduled to take place this weekend, according to State Trooper Steven Nevel. On Thursday morning, a F-22 Raptor and F-16 Viper with the air show did a fly over near the Statue of Liberty and World Trade Center before heading up the Hudson River to Stewart Airport.
