Authorities say Jason Brown, 18, was driving near a CVS pharmacy in Livermore Oct. 24 when he opened fire on two men parked in a Toyota Corolla around 6 p.m.

An 18-year old Oakland man wanted in connection with a killing this weekend in Livermore and a September homicide in Fresno is also wanted in a deadly shooting in Sacramento, police said Tuesday. The first officers dispatched to the report of a shooting arrived at the scene within minutes and found the two Turlock residents shot inside a vehicle in the parking lot.

Homicide detectives responded to a parking lot in the 3600 block of Truxel Road around 8:30 p.m. to discover the man suffered gunshot injuries to his upper body. Brown was linked to another shooting on Sept. 12 when he allegedly barged into the MeKhong Restaraunt in central Fresno, where Albert Thao, 27, was shot and killed and a second man was severely wounded.
