KY schools closed again as search for fugitive continues.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. Cumberland County schools are closed again Wednesday as the search continues for Floyd Cook, who’s wanted for the attempted murder of a police officer. — A rural Kentucky school district has canceled classes for a third straight day out of fear that a fugitive accused of shooting at law officers in two states might be lurking.

Crews from at least two fire departments, Burkesville and Pea Ridge, were dispatched to the scene before being told to cancel the call because the home was fully engulfed in flames, according to Burkesville Fire Chief Weldon Roe.
