Chris Christie Allegedly Kicked Out Of Quiet Train Car For Screaming On Phone.

Chris Christie was booted from the quiet car on a New York City-bound Amtrak train this morning for gabbing too loudly on his cell phone, according to a fellow passenger. A passenger told Gawker that Christie was drinking what appeared to be a McDonald’s strawberry smoothie when he and his security detail boarded the 9:55 a.m. train from Washington, D.C. to New York City. After taking a seat in a quiet car, Christie “immediately started making phone calls” and became embroiled in an “intense” conversation, repeatedly uttering the phrase “this is frickin’ ridiculous,” the fellow rider reportedly said. Christie campaign spokesman Sam Smith issued an apology tweeted by CNN’s Ashley Killough, explaining that the governor took a seat on a “very full train” from Washington by accident.

Perhaps someone had just reminded Christie that he was still technically running for president, despite the fact that the vast majority of America has already forgotten. Even the people on his presidential leadership team have forgotten to support him, quietly backing out of a room while Christie says something incendiary about minorities and President Obama.
