Davante Adams: Randy Moss is NFL WR GOAT; Jerry Rice, Calvin, Owens on Mount Rushmore

Randy Moss claimed the title of greatest wide receiver when Las Vegas Raiders star Davante Adams put together his Mount Rushmore for the position.
A guest on The Rush with Maxx Crosby, Adams had Moss at the top and included Jerry Rice, Calvin Johnson and Terrell Owens. He added that Moss and Rice are in a class by themselves.
Rice has long been considered the GOAT among wideouts. A 10-time All-Pro and three-time Super Bowl champion, he led the NFL in receiving yards in six different seasons. He remains the all-time leader in catches (1,549), yards (22,895) and touchdowns (197).
The further we get from when Rice played—he retired after the 2004 season—the more he’s likely to lose ground to Moss in this conversation, though. The NFL players and fans coming up now simply have little to no recollection of the San Francisco 49ers legend, and what they do remember was of a Hall of Famer in the twilight of his career.
Moss, on the other hand, arrived at a much more formative moment in their NFL fandom. It also helps the six-time Pro Bowler compiled one of the greatest highlight reels ever.

A lot of players have @RandyMoss as one of their top five WRs ever.

It’s tough to argue against Rice as the GOAT based on the numbers and his on-field achievements. Moss is probably the only person who can seriously challenge him for the honor.
