Being a Rock type Pokemon, it has a weakness to Fighting, Grass, Steel, Ground and Water types. It would be wise to have 4-7 Trainers against Regirock. You can fight Regirock with the following Combat Power (CP) values:
- 1703-1784 (normal)
- 22129-2230 (partly cloudy weather)

Weakness and Resistances
As stated above, Regirock will not perform well against Fighting, Grass, Steel, Ground and Water type Pokemons. It also comes with a few resistances to Normal, Flying, Poison, and Fire type Pokemons.
Try to catch a weather boosted Regirock during the raid. At lvl 20, a 100% IV Regirock will be at 1784 CP whereas a weather boosted Regirock will be 2230 CP.
