Throne and Liberty Different Milestones – Understanding the Server Status

As in any MMO (or any other type of online game that uses servers) it is important that the servers are able to meet the demands of the players. Unfortunately, however, this is not the case with Throne and Liberty. There is, in fact, a problem that appears for those who decide to change servers, called the Throne and Liberty Different Milestones issue.

In this article, therefore, we will try to explain to you what it is, so that, in case you also happen to come across this problem, you will know what it is.

Throne and Liberty Different Milestone

The Throne and Liberty Different Milestones issue is nothing more than the inability to transfer all your progress from an Early Access server to a Full Release one. Consequently, this means that you will not be able to play with your friends who are on a different server without having to create a new character and start your adventure over again.

This is certainly an issue that is making many players turn up their noses who thought they would be able to change servers at any time without losing their progress. At the moment, we do not know why the developers have decided to take this path, but in the event that official statements on the matter should arrive, we will waste no time in updating you on the matter.

Can You Transfer Server

The developers have announced that, while it is not possible to transfer servers from Early Access to Full Release, it will be possible to do so between two FR servers. Transfers will be free until October 17; after that date, you will have to pay a fee to change servers and wait for a 30-day cooldown period.

Will You Ever Be Able to Transfer Over from EA to FR

Unfortunately, at least for now, we do not have a precise answer to this question. We do not know if and when the developers will decide to activate this feature. The fact is, in any case, that the community has made itself heard about it right from the start, so it cannot be ruled out that the developers will decide to take actions that can please (at least in part) the players.

It is likely, in fact, that the development team will decide to give players the possibility of moving their progress between the Early Access and Full Release servers, but with restrictions. It would certainly not be a novelty, there are several games that have adopted this system (or at least a similar one). But, at least for now, it is only speculation and there is nothing official.
