The wide receiver and tight end portions of the fantasy football waiver wire should be incredibly busy over the next week.
A handful of pass-catchers showed potential in Week 7 that they can make major impacts on their respective offenses for the rest of the season.
Romeo Doubs will likely be one of the most popular pickups ahead of Week 8 because of his growing impact on the Green Bay Packers offense.
Cedric Tillman is more of a long-shot option compared to Doubs at wide receiver, but he displayed enough promise to take a shot on for the coming weeks.
Hunter Henry and Jonnu Smith were two of the best tight ends in Week 7. Henry looks to have a ton of fantasy value moving forward with Drake Maye at quarterback. Smith’s status is a bit more unknown because of the changes coming to the Miami Dolphins offense, but he might be worth the risk if Henry is unavailable in certain leagues.

Romeo Doubs stacked two solid weeks in a row inside the Green Bay Packers offense.
Doubs caught eight passes on 10 targets for 94 yards in Sunday’s matchup with the Houston Texans.
The Week 7 outing followed up a two-touchdown showing in Week 6 versus the Arizona Cardinals.
Doubs appears to have the upper hand over Christian Watson and the rest of the Packers wide receivers at the moment.
Green Bay’s offense has been difficult to figure out from a fantasy perspective at times, but at least for now, Doubs appears to be Jordan Love’s go-to pass-catcher.
Hunter Henry

Hunter Henry’s fantasy football value increased exponentially with Drake Maye’s on-field arrival.
The veteran tight end stood out for the second week in a row in the New England Patriots’ loss in London to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Henry hauled in eight catches on nine targets for a season-high of 92 receiving yards.
The significant increase was partially due to Demario Douglas’ absence due to an illness, but it is clear he has a developing chemistry with Maye.
Maye targeted Henry on 14 occasions in the last two weeks, and even if Douglas is fully healthy next week, the tight end should be a major factor in the offense, and in turn, a popular waiver-wire pickup.
Jonnu Smith

Jonnu Smith’s performance was the only positive inside the Miami Dolphins offense on Sunday.
Smith caught all seven of his targets, totaled 96 receiving yards and found the end zone in the defeat to the Indianapolis Colts.
Smith was a go-to short-range target for Tyler Huntley and Tim Boyle, but how he works with the returning Tua Tagovailoa remains to be seen.
If anything, Smith heads into Week 8 as a reliable No. 3 pass-catching target behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.
The Miami offense will look completely different with Tagovalioa at the helm, but it’s still worth the risk to pickup Smith because of the matchup at home with the Arizona Cardinals.
Cedric Tillman

Cedric Tillman is the early favorite to fill the Amari Cooper-sized void inside the Cleveland Browns offense.
Tillman produced 81 of his 90 receiving yards on the season in Sunday’s loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
He was an afterthought while Cooper was on the roster, but now, he could be a X-factor inside an offense that will have a completely new look starting in Week 8.
Jameis Winston will be starting at quarterback, which many people think would improve the functionality of the passing game compared to Deshaun Watson.
Jerry Jeudy and David Njoku still exist and Nick Chubb will only get healthier in the rushing attack, but if you need a depth option in fantasy leagues, Tillman is worth the risk now before his waiver wire popularity potentially increases.
