A historic moment in SuperEnduro! Jonny Walker secured Triumph’s first-ever race win in the SuperEnduro World Championship.
Racing in Budapest, Walker finished 2-1-3, earning second overall. He shared his thoughts after the race:
“The racing feels much closer this year, and we’ve made great progress since the last round. See you in Newcastle for the next race!”
Race Highlights:
Super Pole battle: Walker set the exact same lap time as Mitchell Brightmore, sharing the fastest qualification time.
Race 1: A strong start but a few small mistakes placed him in P2.
Race 2 – Victory! Starting from a reverse grid, he pushed through and took Triumph’s first-ever SuperEnduro race win.
Race 3: Despite an early crash, he fought back to finish P3.
A big step for Triumph! This win proves that Triumph is ready to compete at the highest level in SuperEnduro. The team continues improving the bike and aiming for more victories.
