New Indie JRPG Showcase Promises 40 Trailers and One Big Reveal Next Week

Take your turn

If you’re into modern takes on classic Japanese RPG adventures, you’ll definitely want to keep an eye on Indie Quest.

Only just announced and set to be broadcast next week on the 29th May at 4pm PT / 7pm ET / 12am BST (technically the 30th May for us Europeans), the showcase sounds rather promising.

It’ll feature “over 40 exclusive trailers” for upcoming projects, alongside “one major reveal from a critically-acclaimed studio”.

Now, obviously, more than 40 trailers is a lot to get through, and we’re guessing that most of the titles on show will only be confirmed for PC. But still, there’s bound to be some cool stuff on display here — and as always, it’s nice to see smaller games getting some time in the spotlight.

Robert Ramsey

Robert (or Rob if you’re lazy) is an assistant editor of Push Square, and has been a fan of PlayStation since the 90s, when Tekken 2 introduced him to the incredible world of video games. He still takes his fighting games seriously, but RPGs are his true passion. The Witcher, Persona, Dragon Quest, Mass Effect, Final Fantasy, Trails, Tales — he’s played ’em all. A little too much, some might say.
