is Affiliate Professor of Leadership at IMD and teaches executives globally on leading self, leading teams, and leading ambidextrous, customer-centric organizations. Before joining IMD she led the Office of Executive Education at Singapore Management University. Her PhD in pharmacology & toxicology adds the empirical lens of a natural scientist to her research.
