Promising review: “I absolutely love this stuff. I was skeptical at first, but after my first use, I fell in love. It goes on smoothly and doesn’t drip off, which is nice. Once it was time to rinse off, it was amazing seeing all the stuff it sucked out of my pores (gross, but a good gross). Not only does this stuff work, it’s fun to watch and see your face turn into a Smurf lol. I have cystic acne, which in itself is hard to manage, but this stuff made it that much more manageable. Face was left feeling cleansed, refreshed, and soft. LOVE LOVE this product. Highly highly recommend.” —HarleyMama

BuzzFeed writer Emma Lord has personally tested this baby out. She said:

“I was very adamant about not buying this for the longest time because I am stubborn about “expensive” beauty products, but this is worth every penny and then some. It’s so lightweight and layerable, it’s foolproof to apply, and I have yet to wear a single outfit it doesn’t complement??? I love watching it instantly elevate a casual look or add simple elegance to dressy ones. I wear it every day now, and after weeks of use, I’ve barely made a dent. Also, and maybe this is just me, but I tend to get pigment on my teeth with a lot of lip products, and I’ve simply never had an issue with this magic stick.

Anyway, watch this TikTok of someone using it on their lips AND cheeks, because I did and oops, this lipstick FELL into my cart.”

4. E.l.f’s Lash Xtndr Tubing Mascara featuring a lightweight tubing technology that magically wraps around lashes, transforming them from *drab to fab* without taking away from your natural look.

Check out a TikTok of the E.l.f. tubing mascara in action.

BuzzFeed writer Emma Lord is a fan with a capital F: “I am not a new human to the tubing mascara game, and in fact readily spent $26 on the famous OG blend from Blinc every time it needed replacing. I didn’t even love it for the length half as much as the fact that tubing mascara like this genuinely never smudges, but can I just say — regardless of price, the E.l.f. tubing mascara formula blows all the others I’ve tried out of the water. It gives me way more length and volume than other brands, slides on so much more easily, stays put ALL day, and never, ever smudges. My favorite part, though, is how gently and easily it comes off with soap and water. In the past, other mascara removals have felt rough on my lashes, but this comes off so fast that I’m like ??? was I even wearing mascara a minute ago?? Anyway, I hesitate even writing this review because I want to gatekeep the hell out of this before it sells out, but the world needed to know. I’m a big fan of the brown shade (which is what I’m wearing above!), but it also comes in black and soft black.”

5. Or Lilac St. Original Lashes that are said to stay put for up to 10 days (!!!) which means you won’t have to apply mascara for over a week! They’re vegan, cruelty free and feature silk lash fibers you’re bound to get compliments on.

Promising review: “I have been using this daily for about eight months now. I am 60-years-old. It reduced the puffiness and bags under my eyes. I am Sicilian and have dark circles. BuzzFeed editor Amanda Davis, pictured above, is a fan: “I’m wearing the blue liner there on the left, and the reviews are 100% right. This liner LASTS. I love to throw it on top of my usual black liner when I want an extra pop on a night out or am just feeling a little ‘adventurous.’ The liner’s super thin tip glides nicely and makes it easy to be precise, too!”

Promising review: “Guys, I have hella hooded eyes, and any time I tried those expensive Sephora or Ulta eyeliners, they would smudge or fade INSTANTLY. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!! The color pops, it’s easy to use, and it NEVER SMUDGES, NEVER FLAKES, DOES NOT MOVE IN WATER!!! I fell asleep with it on, and it looked like I had just applied it when I woke up. … Best eyeliner out there, take it from a girl who has tried ALL of those expensive eyeliners (Stila, Urban Decay, YOU NAME IT). I will never switch to anything else.” —Jakjak

Promising review: “Let me start by saying this isn’t my first cat eye rodeo. I’ve tried the taping method, normal liquid liner, plastic winged stamping devices, stencils, all of it! Well, this gem arrived and I immediately had to try it out, all while laughing at how terrible this would probably turn out…but to my surprise I put the left cat-eye on first and it was perfect. I thought this was a fluke and did the right eye…again, it came out clean and perfect! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN ABLE TO DO A CAT-EYE IN UNDER 10 MINUTES, LET ALONE THE TWO MINUTES THIS TOOK TO DO! There were no sloppy streaks that I had to touch up or anything you would expect. Just a clean crisp line. I can now do a cat-eye EVERY day and look/feel like a badass. Everyone can think I spend hours doing my makeup in the morning.” —LadyMeow

I adore this sunscreen! I’m very fair skinned and prone to getting sunburnt, so I have to stay very on top of applying SPF at all times. This one isn’t greasy at all, blends in immediately, and LITERALLY adds shimmery sparkles wherever its applied. I truly don’t even mind putting it on — it’s a welcome addition to my skincare routine.

Promising review: “I absolutely love this sunscreen. I’m always wary of ‘for everyone’ tinted products because they aren’t usually made with us in mind. But this one hits the mark. It looks amazing on my brown skin. Non-streaky, no white cast. It gives my skin a subtle shimmer. The video and pics are in direct sunlight so you can see it in full effect. For reference, I have combination, 30-something-year-old skin. Glowscreen is officially in my skincare rotation.” —Lovely91

Promising review: “I’m so amazed by Opalex No 3! Literally in just one treatment, I noticed a huge difference in my hair. My 3c hair had gotten very dry and damaged and was looking horrible. I can’t believe the difference already in just one treatment. The number of compliments I got this week about how healthy my hair looked was amazing! I’m planning on continuing to do a weekly treatment for the next few weeks. It’s expensive, and I used a third of the bottle for one treatment, but it’s absolutely worth it! Nothing else has ever worked this well for me.” —Michelle

I, like many others (it has over 27,500 5-star reviews on Amazon) have this primer and also agree that it’s fantastic! It really does go on my skin so smoothly, I can barely even feel that I’ve put any primer on at all. My makeup stays on so nicely when I take the time to apply it over it. And at a price like this? Ya can’t beat it.

Promising review: “I saw this on TikTok and thought I’d take a chance. I have sensitive skin and have to watch what I use. I LOVE this product! Goes on smooth and you don’t need to use a lot.
