Angelina Jolie and rarely-seen daughter Vivienne, 15, attend the opening of their Broadway musical ‘The Outsiders’
Angelina Jolie was joined on the red carpet by her 15-year-old daughter Vivienne Jolie-Pitt Thursday night for the Broadway premiere of the new musical “The Outsiders.”
The mother-daughter duo walked the carpet together at New York City’s Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre after working on the show together, with Jolie taking on a co-producing role and Vivienne acting as an assistant.
The Academy Award-winning actress, 48, rocked a shimmering floor-length gold dress with a light brown cape layered on top for the big night. Oversized geometric metallic earrings added extra sparkle, while a red lip gave the look a pop of color.
Vivienne, who was seen shopping with her mother in New York City over the weekend, opted for a dark blue jumpsuit with pale blue sneakers for her red carpet look. Her shoulder-length brunette hair was left down, with the front section pushed away from her face and placed behind her ears.
The teenager twinned with Justin Levine, who is partially behind the show’s book, music and lyrics. He, too, sported a jumpsuit and posed with Jolie and Vivienne.
Ahead of the premiere, Jolie told People that she co-produced the musical after her daughter “saw an early workshop a few times” and encouraged her to check it out. Vivienne worked on the project as a volunteer assistant.
“She has been there to assist in any way she can and has learned so much from Justin Levine and the whole creative team,” she raved.

Vivienne also acted alongside her mother in 2014’s “Maleficent.”
“Viv reminds me of my mother in that she isn’t focused on being the center of attention but in being a support to other creatives,” Jolie gushed about her in a statement last year.

In addition to Vivienne, Jolie and her ex-husband Brad Pitt share her twin brother, Knox, plus Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, and Shiloh, 17.
The former couple are still enthralled in a bitter court dispute stemming from their 2016 separation.
Most recently, Jolie claimed the “Babylon” actor abused her several times before the infamous 2016 private plane incident.
Pitt fired back and filed a motion asking that she disclose more NDAs she entered into with third parties — including her personal staff — to see if she cornered them into staying quiet about what they witnessed in their marital residence.
