Bash — who was born at seven pounds, eight ounces — had rosy, round cheeks and was dressed in a black skeleton onesie and cap. Meanwhile, Brittney and Cherelle were dressed in casual pajamas, one black and white and the other cream-colored. The couple bonded with Bash in his nursery for the photo opp.

The couple’s joint Instagram caption praised the team that put Bash’s room together: “Bash may have the best room in the house. ” Meanwhile, Cherelle Griner told CBS Mornings—where they debuted Bash’s photos—that family shoots are also “a team effort.”

“It’s a series of smiles, tears, feeding, and naps. We love every second and can’t wait to take our first Christmas picture as a family,” the first-time mama said.

In July, Brittney Griner opened up about spending time with Bash before heading off to Paris for the Summer Olympics. She told CBS Sports, “That’s my man. He is amazing. They said as soon as you see them, everything that you thought mattered just goes out the window. That’s literally what happened.”

She and Cherelle Griner announced they were expecting their first baby as a couple in April. They shared the big news on Instagram with ultrasound photos and a glance at Cherelle’s baby bump. In June, they shared sweet maternity shoot photos.
