EA Reveals Performance Targets For Star Wars Jedi: Survivor On Xbox One
The last-gen version releases next week
You may have forgotten that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor officially arrives on Xbox One next week! Yep, this game is getting a last-gen port on September 17th, and we’ve now got all the performance targets to share as well.
It probably comes as no surprise that although the Xbox One X version is the best compared to all the other last-gen ports, the Xbox One S (and base Xbox One) performs the worst. Here’s how all four versions stack up:
- Xbox One X: 1440p at 30FPS
- PS4 Pro: 1080p at 30FPS
- PS4: 900p at 30FPS
- Xbox One: 720p at 30FPS
Obviously we don’t yet know how each console will fare in terms of how stable their frame rates are, but we have seen a bit of b-roll footage from the PS4 Pro version, and it looks like it’s shaping up pretty well.
It’s interesting that EA sees fit to release Jedi: Survivor on Xbox One and PS4 almost four years into the current generation of consoles, but clearly the company believes that there’s a big enough last-gen audience to tap into here.
