F1 25 Releases In May 2025, No Xbox One Version For The First Time

Update []: It’s been confirmed today that F1 25 will indeed release on May 30th.
We also know for sure that there won’t be an Xbox One version of F1 25, which marks the first time the series will be exclusive to current-gen systems such as the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
Here are some of the first details that have been revealed about this year’s game:
This Story is Yours: Leave your mark on the world of racing in F1® 25, the official video game of the 2025 FIA Formula One World Championship™, featuring a revamped My Team mode and the thrilling third chapter of Braking Point.
● My Team 2.0: Create your own F1® stories as you take control as the Owner of a Formula 1® team. The new Owner Perks system allow you to specialize in your preferred areas of team Management, then get behind the wheel of either of your two F1® drivers on race weekends.
● Braking Point 3: The legacy of Konnersport is at stake as a dramatic event throws the team into chaos. Can you fight back and finally put yourself in contention for the World Championship?

Original Story: If you’ve been waiting on news about the next entry in EA Sports’ F1 series, it’s been reported today that F1 25 will be coming to Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S on May 30th, 2025, although we’re still waiting on official confirmation.
The report is coming via reliable source Dealabs, which mentions that the formal reveal is expected to take place on March 26th – during which time we’ll also learn more about the features that will be part of this year’s game.

As usual for EA Sports releases, F1 25 will reportedly feature a 10-hour Xbox Game Pass trial for those who are subscribed to either PC Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, allowing you try before you buy.
