Grammys Red Carpet: Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Billie Eilish and More Stars

How do you celebrate the biggest achievements in your industry while the community that surrounds you is still reeling from devastating losses? We’re about to find out as the 2025 Grammys kicks off Sunday night at Crypto.com Arena.
The industry’s most high-profile artists — Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Sabrina Carpenter, and Kendrick Lamar, to name just a handful — are among the 2025 nominees in the night’s major categories, including best pop solo performance, best pop duo/group performance and best pop vocal album. Both on the red carpet and onstage during acceptance speeches, look for nominees and winners alike to recognize the impact of the wildfires, offer their support and point viewers toward fundraising efforts.
With that in mind, the night’s style also may feel more toned down than past years, as the Grammys historically have featured the most outrageous and over-the-top looks of any red carpet during the awards season. While some stylists have reported that few plans have changed from their original conversations, others have noted that being respectful of the wildfires and the L.A. community became a conversation during the planning process.
That likely will translate to style that overall feels sleek, dark and more than a little serious. Lady Gaga’s style has evolved considerably from her early look-at-me appearances on red carpets, arriving in an artificial egg at the 2011 Grammys or in a dress crafted of meat at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, and what she wears at the 2025 Grammys should reflect the multihyphenate star’s transformation since those moments. Swift and Beyoncé, meanwhile, who wield considerable influence with 282 million and 313 million Instagram followers, respectively, surely understand the messages they’ll send with their style amid historic devastation throughout Los Angeles.
The Hollywood Reporter will update this gallery throughout the night. Check back for updates.
