Kesha Fans Think She Used a Cheeky Nude Photo to ‘Soft-Launch’ a New Relationship
If there’s one thing Kesha is gonna do, it’s strip down for the ‘gram while expertly avoiding the app’s anti-nipple policy. Her recent post may not be the exception, but it’s causing a stir for a completely different reason.
On January 12, the 36-year-old pop star shared a series of new photos from a romantic-looking trip to Big Sur, California. In the first pic, Kesha looks directly at the camera in nothing but a beige thong while holding a towel up against her chest. Quick question: who took the photo?
Perhaps it’s the mystery person from the post’s final slide. In the third snap, Kesha ignores the stunning views in favor of looking at the camera and holding onto the photographer’s arm. Though many fans swarmed to the comments section to praise the “queen of being nud3,” others were hung up on her faceless companion. “Soft launch? Whose hand is that?” one fan asked. Another wrote, “Hope [you’re] having the best time and that man is snuggling you good!”
“That last picture,” one fan replied with the heart-eye emoji. “Ohh girl u look so happy and that looks fucking rad on u.”
Kesha was last linked to film producer Riccardo Maddalosso, who she’d been kissing in public since March 2023 (though The Daily Mail reported they were spotted together as far back August 2022). In June, Kesha confirmed she had an “amazing” boyfriend during an interview with SELF, though she declined to share his name.
“I didn’t really want to mention the relationship, because I think making a family is everyone’s choice, and family can mean so many different things to everyone,” she said at the time. “My family right now are the people I spend time with, and my actual family, and also my band, my friends, and my cats.”
However, that relationship appeared to be over by October 2023. “I just got dumped for the first time in my life,” she said in a video for Cosmopolitan, which was posted to YouTube on October 11. “Can you believe it? We’re all fucked.”
In the video, Kesha claimed she was on all the dating apps other than Raya. “I mostly want a sugar daddy,” she said. “I just never had one, it sounds really fun. I know it’s like anti-feminist of me but I want one, so DM me.”
