Play’n GO Enters Michigan, Pens Its First Tribal Operator Deal

Play’n GO, a leading provider of content to the global casino industry, has unveiled a new tie-up with an American tribal gaming operator. According to the announcement, the Swedish supplier will deliver its world-class content to Eagle Casino & Sports, a tribal online gaming company in Michigan.

Play’n GO’s cutting-edge products are currently available in five US jurisdictions, highlighting its ambition to grow in America. The company received its first US license in 2022 and has since expanded into several local markets. However, the agreement with Eagle Casino & Sports marks the first time it has teamed up with a tribal gaming operator.

For context, Play’n GO’s games are currently available in the following states:

  • West Virginia
  • New Jersey
  • Michigan
  • Pennsylvania
  • Connecticut

According to the announcement, Eagle Casino & Sports’ playeagle.com site will now offer a lineup of Play’n GO classics for players to enjoy. The games that players in Michigan can discover include Play’n GO fan favorites, such as Reactoonz, Fire Joker, and Piggy Blitz

These titles exemplify the developer’s commitment to innovation, as well as its desire to appeal to a broad audience of iGaming enthusiasts.

The Companies Are Looking Forward to Working Together

Executives addressed the partnership, highlighting it as a great opportunity for both companies. The deal, which will allow the provider to expand its US footprint, will also power the tribal operator’s offering with many exciting titles.

Magnus Olsson, Play’n GO’s chief commercial officer, noted that the deal reflected his team’s drive for innovation. He said that his entire company was “very pleased” with this first-ever partnership with a tribal operator.

Tribal Operators are synonymous with US gaming, and it is an honor to see our content live on such a platform. We’re looking forward to many years of mutual success with our friends at Eagle Casino & Sports.

The ability to offer Play’n GO titles to our players is very exciting. We, too, are confident of a long, fruitful relationship, always putting the players first.

Play’n GO Forays into Brazil

A week ago, Play’n GO also made a foray into Brazil, the world’s newest regulated market. As a result, players in the country can now enjoy the supplier’s best titles, including games such as Rich Wilde and Book of Dead. The Toonz and Moon Princess series are also expected to become local hits.

The company now offers its portfolio of 400+ games in some 35 regulated markets worldwide.

CCO Olsson weighed in on that launch, saying: “The industry has been waiting for more than a decade for Brazil to open a regulated market and it’s fantastic to see what was once just a pipe dream now become reality.”
