Olay Super Eyes Daily Eye Serum
As someone with supremely sensitive eyes, you can always tell when I didn’t sleep enough the night before. They get puffy, swollen, and red, and those dreaded undereye circles inevitably make their comeback. Fortunately, Olay Super Eyes Daily Eye Serum is made for undereyes like mine. Formulated with vitamin C, caffeine, aloe vera, niacinamide, and amino peptide, this serum instantly de-puffs even the most exhausted dark circles, and manages to do so without irritating my sensitive eyes in the slightest. —Danielle Sinay, associate beauty editor

HERMÈS Barénia Eau de Parfum
There’s a certain sense of power and sophistication that comes with wearing this perfume. The delicate notes of miracle berry and butterfly lily are balanced out by heady oak and patchouli, making it floral and feminine but not anywhere close to girlish. One spritz gives me the confidence when I get up in the morning to go to my big girl job. Plus, who doesn’t feel empowered when wearing Hermés? —Ariana Yaptangco, senior beauty editor

Dyson Chitosan Pre-Styling Cream
I’ve repeatedly raved about Dyson’s Nural blow-dryer to anyone who will listen, but I actually found something that makes it even better. This summer, every beauty editor on my Instagram kept mysteriously hinting at the brand’s upcoming top-secret launch. Now that it’s here, I can finally talk about it. Part of a two-part system, this Pre-Styling Cream is meant to be used with a Post-Styling Serum. I’ll be honest: I’m notoriously lazy when it comes to hair maintenance, so I mostly just reach for the first step, but I’ve been using this cream every single night before I blow-dry with my Nural. It feels like a lightweight lotion, sinks in immediately, and functions as a leave-in treatment and heat protectant in one. It comes in four formulas for different hair types, and I’ve almost emptied my bottle of the light conditioning formula for straight-to-wavy hair. My hair—a tangle of split ends that I probably don’t brush out as often as I should—feels so much healthier since I added this to my nightly routine. Best of all, it’s refillable, and I’ll definitely be refilling mine soon. —Sarah Y. Wu, beauty contributor

Sulwhasoo Glowing Lip Balm
Find me a cooler-looking lip balm case than Sulwhasoo’s new Glowing Lip Balm, which is inspired by the Moon Jar’s vitality and renewal of the full moon. Available in clear and a soft pink shade (I have it in clear, though now I want to try it in Petal), the balm is infused with ginseng antioxidants, ginseng seed oil, cocoa butter, and shea butter. My lips feel pillowy soft and smooth, and moisturized all day. As the temps eventually start cooling off, consider this my new must-have of the year. —Jessica Radloff, senior West Coast editor

Prada Reset Rebalancing Setting Powder
No, this isn’t a spooky season makeup launch by Prada Beauty. In fact, it’s a must-have rebalancing and setting powder that needs to be a staple in your makeup case year-round. Infused with plant-derived squalane, the makeup-setting powder keeps my foundation lasting all day and calms my super-sensitive skin. The universal green shade applies sheer on the skin, and doesn’t leave any cast or ashy finish, just a fresh layer of soothing setting powder that helps everything else go on smoother and brighter. —J.R.

Makeup by Mario SurrealSkin Soft Blur Setting Spray
I really, really hate setting sprays. The ones that actually do the job often feel like I’m inhaling hairspray while others do nothing but make my face wet. Usually, I’d rather use a setting powder on my T-zone and call it a day, but I decided to give Makeup by Mario’s new SurrealSkin Soft Setting Spray a chance because of its skin-care-forward ingredients list. Formulated with vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide, this light mist locked in my makeup while leaving my skin feeling hydrated—all without triggering a coughing fit. —Emily Tannenbaum, contributing editor

Batiste Sweat Activated Dry Shampoo
What better way to test out a sweat-activated dry shampoo than at a concert? And not just any concert: a Charli XCX and Troye Sivan concert. Batiste recently put its new formula to the ultimate test when they invited myself and other beauty editors to the Sweat Tour. Needless to say, they passed with flying colors. It has all the volume-boosting, oil-soaking properties of the classic Batiste dry shampoo, but with innovative fragrance technology that activates with sweat, ensuring that you smell good no matter what physical activity you take on during the day. I see this dry shampoo being a lifesaver at the gym. —A.Y.

Espoir Dewlike Jello Glowrizer Primer
This primer from Espoir is the ultimate shortcut to jello skin. Packed with pink beads that dissolve on your skin, it’s so hydrating, it feels like your favorite serum. When I first tested this, I was expecting a thick, tacky gel texture, but it feels more like the lightest gel cream you’ve ever tried. The watery texture absorbs in less than a second but feels so hydrating, I sometimes skip moisturizer altogether. I love the ingredients (a blend of hyaluronic acid, peptides, niacinamide, vitamin C, and rose water), but my favorite thing about this primer is that for something that feels exactly like skin care, it somehow makes my foundation go on so much smoother and last longer. I especially love patting a dot of this on my undereyes before I apply concealer, which significantly cuts down on creasing. I’ll also leave you with this tip I learned straight from the Espoir team: Apply a layer of Glowrizer under your cream blush or mix them together, and you’ll be left with the dewiest translucent flush. If you like your makeup on the glowy side, you absolutely need this. —S.Y.W.

Formulated with rosemary oil, and in the shape of a gua sha stone, it gives my shower a spa-like smell while relieving tension. —Allie Folino, art director

Burberry Goddess Eau de Parfum Intense
Just in time for the addictive scent of brisk nights and campfires comes Burberry’s Goddess Eau de Parfum Intense, which builds upon the trio of vanillas in the original scent along with lavender essence. It also adds a fourth vanilla—vanilla wood—as well as patchouli to give you a woodsy scent that’s balanced by the femininity of a distinct vanilla. It’s a mesmerizing blend, and perfect as you transition your fragrances from summer to fall. —J.R.

Jason Wu Beauty Opal Powder 01 Prismatic
I’ve gotten countless compliments on my makeup over the past few weeks, especially on my highlighter. “You’re literally glowing!” one woman told me in the bathroom line. And I’m always so excited to tell people that not only did I do my glam myself, but that radiant and luminescent sheen beaming off my cheek and brow bones is all thanks to Jason Wu Beauty’s new Opal Powder. To me, it’s the perfect multitasking beauty product: I use it on my cheekbones, brow bone, eyelids as eye shadow, collarbones, shoulders, and even the tip of my nose and atop lipstick. It immediately takes even the most basic makeup looks to the next level, like a glowing mermaid Instagram filter, but for your skin. 10 out of 10! —D.S.

AKT The Body Wash Concentrate
When it comes to sustainability in beauty, one of the most talked-about products is body wash, since most formulas contain a high percentage of water. This is, of course, silly, seeing as you are literally taking a shower in water. AKT aims to solve this problem with its new body wash concentrate, which has everything you need in a good body wash—such as olive squalane, vitamin E, and prebiotics—without the extra water. Simply add your own in the shower. An added bonus is the scent—orange grove, a sophisticated blend of petitgrain, mandarin, and neroli—which is so luxurious and relaxing. —A.Y.

Heyhae Semi Cured Gel Nail Strips: Hey I Fancy You
When I need to do my nails in a pinch, I turn to nail strips. I’ve tried many different brands, and while I love the fun designs, they usually tend to come apart after a few days. Heyhae’s sun-cured nail gels are easy to stick on, and have stayed put for over a week so far. I love the Hey I Fancy You nail art—a manicure trend that’s really hot right now. —Jenifer Calle, senior commerce editor

Sisley Supremÿa At Night Supreme Anti-Aging Eye Cream
Before you gasp at the price, let me say this about Sisley’s newest eye cream: the skin around the eye area is the most sensitive and thin, thereby requiring a lot of moisture to plump up the area and avoid makeup settling into fine lines. But not every eye cream is formulated to do that on contact, or last long enough to see results. Sisley’s, on the other hand, does. It is so decadent and rich, it’s almost an awakening, like, ‘Oh, so this is what eye cream is supposed to feel like!’ Plus, it comes with the mini (and frankly, adorable) Zamac massage accessory, which is a tailor-made four-step gesture to help revitalize and stimulate the cream, while soothing your skin. Think of it as a lymphatic drainage for your eye area. With the holidays around the corner, I can’t think of a better gift. —J.R.

Elorea Hanok Eau de Parfum
A woody fragrance I’m obsessed with this fall is Elorea Hanok, inspired by the traditional Korean houses of the same name. While most of the wood-centric scents I own feel heavy and warm, this is a uniquely airy take on the note that I can’t get enough of. On my skin, it smells like fresh-cut pine planks, forests, and a lingering touch of incense. It doesn’t hurt that it also reminds me of the sunny morning I spent exploring Seoul’s Bukchon Hanok Village last fall. As someone who typically gravitates toward all things gourmand, I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with this when I first read the notes (along with pine, juniper, and bergamot, there’s a splash of florals, smoked wood, and incense), but it completely won me over after one spritz. My only wish: for the brand to make a matching candle so my house can smell this serene too. —S.Y.W.
