Words Across America challenges your musical knowledge and vocabulary, out now on iOS and Android
  • Solve puzzles on license plates
  • Test your music trivia
  • Expand your vocabulary

POMDP, Inc. has announced the official launch of Words Across America, inviting everyone to join in on some wholesome music trivia fun on mobile. Out now on iOS and Android, the trivia-slash-word game challenges your vocabulary while putting your musical know-how to the test at the same time.

In Words Across America, you can look forward to enjoying puzzles on license plates without having to worry about any third-party tracking or sneaky invasion of privacy. The family-developed title is committed to confidentiality, so you can rest assured your privacy is safe and secure.

There are over 27,000 word puzzles to tinker around with, along with global leaderboards you can compete in and different badges to aim for. In the music category, you can pick a decade to match the brainteasers with what you’re familiar with. You’ll also get to travel around the various states and earn achievements as you go along.

“Though our first game attracted a few thousand players, we learned a lot about what limited it having broader appeal. We consolidated the best ideas from our first game, then expanded it by adding a new music category which we are very excited about,” says the devs.

Does that sound like it’s exactly your cup of tea? If you’re on the hunt for more ways you can give your brain cells a good workout, why not take a look at our list of the best puzzle games on Android to get your fill?

In the meantime, if you’re eager to join in on all the fun, you can do so by checking out Words Across America on Google Play and the App Store. It’s a free-to-play title with in-app purchases.

You can also join the community of followers on the official Facebook channel to stay updated on all the latest developments, visit the official website, or take a little peek at the embedded clip above to get a feel of the game’s vibes and visuals.
