Vitamix excels at all things blender related. The latest in its lineup, the Ascent X5 features a touch interface with a more streamlined, minimalist look most love of the brand. With best in class blending featuring 10 varying blend modes, this thing can do it all. I personally love it and it makes mixing up a post-workout protein shake easy and convenient.
The editors and writers of Men’s Health have found the Voltrx to be a game changer for making gains since it was released in 2023. It makes the best protein shakes, not only mixing them evenly but offering roughly a month of battery on a single short charge. Now that’s tech at its best.
The Pace Pro GPS is the next evolution of Coros’ top-of-the-line running watches. With a best in-class processor, an AMOLED touchscreen, and up to 20 days of non-stop use it’s a lightweight, low-profile design you can run for weeks. While the GPS can take a hot second to locate, our creative director notes he gets much better accuracy in distance and pace and may switch over from his Garmin permanently.
The Studio Pros might be marketed as a premium choice for sit-down listening, but, like their predecessors, they provide an unmatched level of comfort and audio quality in the gym. A favorite of gym goers for many years due to their plush fit and premium audio quality, the Studio Pros have stepped in as the heir to the most comfortable workout headphones we’ve tested. While slightly pricey at $350 for a pair of gym headphones, their comfort and audio quality are unmatched.
SMRTFT proves adjustable dumbbells can be pretty smart. The company’s Nuobell is easily adjustable up to 80 pounds via an intuitive turn-and-click selector system and feels the closest to traditional dumbbells that we’ve tried. Their durability and top-tier construction are icings on the cake that still make these our best pick.

The Core Rower comes with 30 self-guided rows, allowing you to take classes on the device without locking into a membership (which can save you $44/month). Our fitness editors have loved Hydrow’s rowers for years now because of the realistic on-water experience and the electromagnetic resistance that simulates a real rowing experience.
Didn’t think you could fit a gym-quality cable machine in your living room? You can with Tonal, which also doubles as a gym DJ, delivering killer workout tunes while you do cable flies. Tonal’s unique brand of magnetic resistance doesn’t feel completely like a gym cable machine, but it’s close. The wall-mounted device adds several other features, simulating chain resistance or adding eccentric resistance to classic exercises. Add in easy music integration, and you have a stellar workout mirror.

It’s ruggedly handsome design, this bad boy is not only gymproof but certainly life-proof, with its IP67 rating, as well as impact-resistant and dustproof. While we cannot quite verify that it can handle parking a monster truck on top of it (Turtlebox did so with a 12,000-pound truck), it sure can handle being tossed around in a home gym.
Level up your golf game with this surprisingly simple range finder. It’s fast and easy to use, and built-in image stabilization coupled with up to 12x zoom helps you line up your next stroke with deadly accuracy. Makes for a great golf gift, too.
Shokz’ flagship wraparound earphones rely on bone-conduction technology for rich, immersive bass and crisp, crystal-clear highs—all 100% customizable through the companion mobile app. There’s no device out there that delivers better audio with as much bass while still hitting all the markers in terms of fit, spatial awareness (provided the volume isn’t too high), battery life, and overall build quality. They’re expensive, but if you’re after premium open-ear running headphones, these are the pair we recommend.

Purpose-built by runners for runners, the Forerunner 165 boasts a bright AMOLED display, 11-day battery life, and a long list of sports apps, training metrics, and recovery insights specifically for runners. While it’s not on the higher-end like the new Pace Pro, the Forerunner 165 is still one of the most trusty running watches.

And at smaller than the size of a thermos, you can fit this just about anywhere.
Hydration has evolved and so should you. This smart water bottle is our pick for the best overall because of its ability to feel like your own personal hydration alarm—it glows to remind you when to sip and thanks to its sensor that measures overall intake. It lines up with a useful app and the vacuum seal is legit. Even better, the leak-proof lid is as good as they come and the bottle can keep your water or other refreshment ice cold for a full 24 hours.
The AirFly allows your AirPods or headphones to be used to watch movies on your plane’s in-flight entertainment center. We like the Pro version of the AirFly, as it allows up to two people to connect to the same in-flight screen and watch at the same time. No more having to use the corded headphones that are passed out. Travel gadgets don’t come smarter than this.
This portable safe is made from strong aluminum alloy and comes with a biometric lock you pair to your finger print. It also can be unlocked via the Trova app, and the safe comes with location tracking in the event it gets misplaced.
While most of the best power banks we’ve tested this featured a dead-simple design, we were impressed by just how straightforward this model was to snap onto our iPhones and move on with our day. The battery is long and the stand is sturdy. What more could a guy ask for?

Therabody outdid itself when it packed nearly all the features of its best massage guns into a more compact, go-anywhere, affordable design. We sleep up to a third of our lives, so you need to make the most of all of those years. And even with diet and fitness in check, if your sleep isn’t, the results won’t be there. This smart mattress cover does it all by helping to regulate your body heat while tracking some great metrics: breath rate, heart rate variability, and heart rate. Our editors loves its ability to dial in their ideal sleep temperature.
The CarePod One 31S stands out thanks to its stainless steel parts that are tremendously easy to clean (and stay clean longer than most). Our tester fired it up and immediately found it useful for sleeping, specifically on cool mode. While slightly loud, our tester was impressed with the construction and cleanliness—they had no issues cleaning the entire reservoir and noted that there were no small crevices that were hard to get to. It’s a very low-maintenance (as far as humidifiers can go) option that we’ve found.
Slouching over at a desk all day is not great for any man’s health. A solid way that can help bad posture and muscle imbalances is by utilizing a standing desk while working. The Uplift V2 Standing Desk is one of the most customizable standing desks we’ve tested and it offers an outstanding experience. It’s easy to use and makes us want to stay on our feet longer.

There are three different cleaning settings and the timer makes sure you go the distance. Smart as a whip, the toothbrush will even issue alerts if you overlook certain areas of your mouth.
The brand behind one of our all-time-favorite air conditioners makes a pretty sweet air purifier, too. With 3-in-1 True HEPA capability, it’ll scrub all the air in your house in no time. I personally love mine. I set it to Eco mode and it automatically adjusts the fan based on how much dust, pet hair, etc. I have floating around my apartment—basically, I set it and leave it. It’s whisper quite, too.

This water purifier utilizes four stages for cleaner water: a sediment pre-filter, carbon pre-filter, reverse osmosis membrane, and finally a post-carbon filter. During the reverse osmosis phase, contaminants are tapped by a semi-permeable membrane, which only allows molecules of pure water to pass through. This phase can actually help dissolve salts and eliminate bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants (like microplastics and fluoride). Having used the filter for some time now, I can tell you the water just tastes fresher and pure, a crisp-like taste.
