New York City Mayor Eric Adams stepped into “supportive dad mode” for his son Jordan Coleman’s album release party at Manhattan hotspot Sei Less Friday night.
Sources tell Page Six exclusively that Coleman, 27, shut down the entire Asian fusion restaurant — which is a favorite of stars like Kevin Hart and Mark Wahlberg — for the event.
We’re told Adams arrived at the party past midnight, but made sure to schmooze with all of partygoers and dine on edamame dumplings, scallion pancakes and vegetables.
However, the mayor’s main priority was being there for his only child, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Chrisena Coleman.
An eyewitness tells Page Six that the father-son duo “exchanged a few words” and
“shared a warm embrace” at one point during the night.
“Mayor Adams expressed how incredibly proud he was of his son,” the source adds.
In January, the former police officer told the Post he feels his son’s music represents a “voice of aspiration” among America’s youth.
“When he was a child, my job as his father was to give him instructions, educate him, and prepare him for the future,” Adams previously said.

“He is now a man and being that man means not speaking in my voice but finding his own. Jordan is drawing on the lessons he’s learned and is making the best decisions for himself. I’m extremely proud of the person he’s grown up to be.”
Coleman, who previously worked as a creative coordinator at Roc Nation’s film department, previously told The Post of his big dreams, “I want to be a rapper, I want to be an international filmmaker, I want to be an artist. I’m trying to figure a way to merge them together in a creative and smart way.”
At the entertainer’s fête for his debut album, “Jordan,” guests, including rappers Melle Mel, Eric B., Grandmaster Caz, retired NBA star Kenny Anderson and TV personality Justina Valentine, sipped on D’USSE cognac and Purple Heart vodka cocktails.
We’re told partygoers were also treated to an a capella performance by Coleman, and the crowd “didn’t want to leave.”
The event eventually wrapped up around 3:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
