The first round of the 2024 Paulo Duarte FIM EnduroGP World Championship, held in the city of Fafe, Portugal, unfolded in an atmosphere filled with excitement. Competing in the AKRAPOVIC Super Test, the riders delivered unforgettable moments to the spectators.
Josep Garcia from Red Bull KTM Factory Racing claimed the top spot with a stellar performance, while Zach Pichon and Julien Roussaly (Sherco) from CH Racing Sherco team secured second and third place respectively. The competition was fierce in other categories as well. In the GALFER FIM Junior Enduro class, Antoine Alix (Beta) set the fastest time, while Rachel Gutish (Sherco), the emerging star of Enduro GP, took the lead in the Women’s category. In the Enduro Youth class, Romain Dagna (Sherco) clinched the first position.
The performance displayed by the riders on challenging tracks and the intense moments of competition provided spectators with an unforgettable experience. Now, all eyes are on the upcoming stages of the season.
