All Summer Road Trip Quests Fortnite – 9 Big Challenges
A new batch of challenges is here, the Summer Road Trip Quests Fortnite! How can you get all of them completed?
Summer Road Trip Quests Fortnite, Summer road trip challengesWe’re in the end-game of Chapter 5 Season 3 now, the cars have nearly finished their day in the sun. To see us through the rest of the Summer though, Epic has added a new batch of quests. The Summer Road Trip challenges.
These new quests with the Pirates of the Caribbean collab give players a lot to be getting on with right now. It’s particularly good if you’re not yet maxed out the Fortnite C5 S3 Battle Pass. A key source of XP.
It’s a bit of a random set of quests It’s technically here to coincide with the Cybertruck skin getting added, but they’re not exactly linked beyond being added on the same day.
Although, you’re also getting some exclusive rewards here too. Weirdly, there’s an entire Green Day song to play in Fortnite Festival if you get them done! How can you get these finished up and be on your way to Level 200 quite a bit quicker?
All Summer Road Trip Quests Fortnite and How to Complete Them
The Summer Road Trip challenges are a bit tricky to get done if you’re playing in a specific way. But most should be finishable pretty quickly if you’re focused on them.
These aren’t standard quests that will give you a task to do. Instead, they’ll alternate between two different tasks. This is what they are:
Earn XP in Creator Made Islands
The first milestone you have to hit is the Creator Made islands. This is annoying if you just play Battle Royale.
All you need to do is play Creative maps which give out XP. As you collect the XP, you’ll work your way through the milestone. The best way to get it done quickly is to use maps that give out decent rewards, like the best XP maps in Fortnite. Once you finish one of these, you’ll switch to the second quest.
Earn XP In Battle Royale, Lego Fortnite, Rocket Racing, and Fortnite Festival
For this one, you just need to gradually work up the XP you’ve earned on the Epic published game modes. This one really just comes down to playing as normal. There are no specific tasks in the Summer Road Trip Quests Fortnite.
That can be in normal games, Ranked, or whatever you normally do in the mainline games. Even Team Rumble which is included in Battle Royale here. This quest can be done quicker if you’re focusing on leftover weeklies and over XP rewarding quests too.
Alternating Quests
What’s next then? After you complete one of each of these quests, they’ll continue to repeat. One after another for quite a while. Creative, then BR, Creative, then BR, and so no.
This will happen for nine different quests, so you’ll have to play through a decent amount of Creative if you want to get it all done. Playing well in Battle Royale can help too, or you can jump into a Bot lobby in Fortnite to get it done quickly.
Summer Road Trip Challenges Rewards
Those are the quests, but what can you actually unlock if you finish them up? These are the rewards for the Summer Road Trip Quests Fortnite has:
- Holiday Jam Track – Complete One Quest
- Spray s- Complete Two/Three/Four/Five Quests
- Underworld Camo Wrap – Complete Three Quests
- Sun Sign Back Bling – Complete Six Quests
- Sprays – Complete Seven/Eight Quests
- Tesla Cybertruck Bundle – Nine Quests
There’s also a Jam Track of Green Day’s holiday up for grabs. Whether you want it or not, the Cybertruck body will be awarded for completing all the quests. You can always archive it if you want to avoid being a waking target though. These are the items included in the bundle:
- Tesla Cybertruck Car Body
- CyberCamo Cybertruck Decal
- Matte Black Cybertruck Decal
- Stainless Steel Cybertruck Decal
- OMG Cybertruck Decal
- Cyber Wheels
These are pretty big for a random set of challenges added in the final few weeks of a season. These kind of feel like the quests and rewards that would have been part of the Summer event this year, which was non-existent outside of the Fortnite Reload updates and quests.
The Summer Road Trip quests Fortnite might have come out of nowhere. However, it’s a chance to grab some XP and free items so it’s definitely worth taking the time to get these all finished up.
