2025 Dakar Rally ended with an unforgettable victory for KTM Factory Racing! Daniel Sanders led the race from the very first day, securing KTM’s 20th Dakar win. Additionally, 19-year-old rising star Edgar Canet dominated the Rally2 category in his debut Dakar race, achieving an incredible milestone.
Racing for Red Bull Factory Racing, Sanders delivered an outstanding performance throughout the 2025 Dakar Rally. He won five stages and claimed victory with nearly a nine-minute lead. Edgar Canet also impressed by winning four stages in the Rally2 category and finishing eighth overall, making a strong debut.
Luciano Benavides secured his best-ever Dakar result, finishing fourth after back-to-back stage wins. Meanwhile, Kevin Benavides showed great performance in the first week but had to withdraw early.
After 12 tough stages and more than 53 hours of intense racing, Daniel Sanders maintained his lead from start to finish. This historic event marked KTM’s 20th Dakar victory, reinforcing their dominance in the legendary rally.
