SB Nation Reacts Survey: Do you think the Saints will defeat the Bucs on Sunday?
It’s Week 6 and we find the New Orleans Saints back home in the dome on Sunday to face one of their NFC South rivals, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Monday night a rough one for the Saints, losing not only the game to the Kansas City Chiefs but also QB Derek Carr for a few weeks due to an oblique injury suffered late in the game. They will now have to look to rookie QB Spencer Rattler or 2nd year QB Jake Haener to lead the team for a few weeks as Carr recovers.
As they now sit at 2-3 and 3rd in the division, New Orleans will have to face a well-rested Tampa team that has had 10 days off since they lost to the Atlanta Falcons but also a team who is facing the unknown with Hurricane Milton barreling toward their hometown.
Both teams are facing a lot of adversity this week. Can the Saints overcome the mounting injuries and mistakes and get back into the win column after 3 straight losses or will Tampa march in the Superdome and serve a 4th straight loss to New Orleans.
As always, we want to hear from you so vote in this week’s poll and let us know if you think the Saints will be victorious at home on Sunday and how confident you are in the team moving forward.
