About the role

Craniometrix has signed $7M+ in revenue and is looking for a Chief of Staff to help us actualize it.

Leveraging Medicare’s new GUIDE program, Craniometrix provides new care to dementia patients while earning their doctors new money.

We do this through a combination of software and services. The GUIDE model starts paying on July 1st – and we’ve signed an insane number of doctors. But there’s still lots to do to make sure we can actualize on everything we’ve signed.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Chief of Staff who is willing to be scrappy across the entire company. You’ll get to work closely with our founder and touch every part of the business. You’ll:

  • Lead onboarding with customers, ensuring seamless data transfer
  • Build processes to activate patients and families (AI-powered outbound calling, for instance)
  • Translate operations into product requirements (we love to automate)
  • Help build investor decks
  • Respond to sales requests
  • Help identify new expansion opportunities

And more.

If your next stop after this will be founding your own company – you’re the right fit.

We’re looking for someone:

  • Who cares deeply about helping dementia patients and their families
  • With 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • With experience in operations management (managing teams & customers)
  • Who’s extremely detail oriented
  • Who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Who’s willing to work 60+ hour weeks to win

About Craniometrix

Alzheimer’s is tough. And while there is no cure, getting help should be 100x easier than it is today. We’ve raised over $6 million to solve that problem.

When someone is going through the disease, there are many different things they need help with (i.e. memory issues, depression, fall risk, safety in the home, etc). The primary person responsible for that care is one of the patient’s loved ones – usually a child or a spouse.

That’s a really difficult thing for the loved one to do. It’s stressful, time consuming, and difficult. If we can make their lives easier, we can not only improve their experience but also create better patient outcomes.

We’re building the world’s first one-stop-shop care platform for Alzheimer’s, starting by optimizing the care monitoring, management, and intervention processes.
