On Wednesday afternoon it was announced by the New England Patriots that the team has signed former Wisconsin Badger and Cincinnati Bengal, Erickson was most recently with the Los Angeles Chargers during the 2023 season. At 32-years-old the Wide Receiver brings solid leadership skills and good on field play as a Special teamer and a Wide Receiver. 

Erickson has recorded 112 receptions out of 181 targets for 1,373 yards while adding two touchdowns, on punt returns the veteran wideout recorded 1,303 yards on 163 attempts, and on kick off on 110 return attempts 2,729 yards.

Alex Erickson is going to be a solid pick up for the younger receivers in the Patriots WR Core, could see the veteran being brought up from the practice squad over these next couple of weeks.
